I'm Adrienne! I’m glad to be a part of the Ascension Parish community. I strive to create a safe, accepting, and empowering space for growth. I often use humor in therapy and around the office to build connections and uplift others. I’m married to my college sweetheart, and when I’m not working, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our fur baby.
I see counseling as a collaborative process where we build trust and work together as a team to understand your current challenges, set meaningful goals, and take structured steps toward a better future. I specialize in working with women who are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the many demands that come with balancing personal, professional, and family responsibilities. I also have experience working with adolescents and families in therapy. I am trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST), a proven approach that helps teens with serious behavioral and legal challenges. My goal is to help you or your family make meaningful, lasting changes for a more fulfilling life.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Family and Child Studies, and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Guidance from Louisiana Tech (Go DAWGS!).

I DO NOT provide marriage or couples counseling.

Out of pocket cost is dependent on your policy.
If you have another insurance carrier and your policy includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to seek a reimbursement from your insurance company. I do not accept EAP's, Medicaid or Medicare.
