Hi, I’m Bre! I was born and raised in Prairieville and am thrilled to support the members of my community. I truly value the privilege of hearing others’ stories and helping individuals feel less alone. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, being outdoors, reading, and staying active—volleyball is my favorite sport!
I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions, manage anxiety, and cope with stress. I enjoy helping clients build insight, confidence, and emotional resilience during these formative years. I also value working with older adults and have experience working with children using expressive arts and play therapy to support their healing and emotional growth. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Reality Therapy- tailoring sessions to meet the unique needs and goals of each client. While I’m continually learning and refining my skills, I always center my work around what feels most helpful and relevant for the individual in front of me.
I work with children (ages 10 and up) , adolescents, adults, and older adults. I offer telehealth appointments to those 18 and older. I have experience and additional training in the following areas:
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from Nicholls State University, and a Master of Education degree in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. I hold the following licenses and certifications:

I work with a wide variety of clients including individuals, children (ages 10 and up), couples, and families.
I am in network with the following companies: Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Humana, & United Health Care. Out of pocket cost is dependent on your policy.
If your policy includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to seek a reimbursement from your insurance company.
