Prairieville Location

  Note that Google Maps may not lead you to the correct location. We are close to the intersection of Hwy 42 and Old Jefferson Highway in Prairieville.

• If you are traveling on Old Jefferson Highway from Baton Rouge towards Hwy 42 in Prairieville. We are located on the left-hand side of the road.  You will see Camp Bow Wow on your right and Oak Grove Primary School on the left.  After the school driveway you will pass 3 large oak trees. We are the next driveway on the left.  The building closest to the road is Moreau Physical Therapy.  In the parking lot take 2 right turns in the parking lot to building B, suite 2.
• If you are traveling on Old Jefferson Highway from the intersection of Old Jefferson and Highway 42 towards Baton Rouge, we are located on the right.  You will pass Oak Grove Baptist Church and Gulf Coast Autism Center.  Turn right into the driveway located before the school speed limit sign. The building closest to the road is Moreau Physical Therapy.  In the parking lot take 2 right turns in the parking lot to building B, suite 2.
