Hello, I’m Tristan! I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). I was raised in Tiger Stadium, love a good book, and always have some type of caffeinated drink in my hand—usually a Diet Coke. Outside of session, you can find me soaking up all the serotonin from my English Bulldog, Poppy, or browsing for hidden gems and the occasional questionable knick-knack under the TJ Maxx/HomeGoods umbrella.
I truly believe in meeting you exactly where you are in your journey—no judgment, just real talk. It takes strength and courage to reach out for support, so if you’re feeling like we might be a good fit and the timing feels right, I want to give you a high-five for taking that brave first step!
It’s a privilege to join my clients on their counseling journey. My approach is all about creating a warm, welcoming space where you can show up as your most authentic self— think of it as a judgment-free zone with a side of encouragement. I use person-centered and reality-based techniques to help you navigate life's challenges and discover your resilience, building on your unique strengths along the way. I'm also passionate about unpacking societal pressures (thanks, social media!) and helping you redefine what truly matters. Together, we’ll set goals that resonate with you and create meaningful, lasting changes to build a life you can be proud of.
I work with adolescents (ages 14 and up), and adults.
I have experience and additional training in the following areas:
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Louisiana State University in May 2020 and my Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2023.
Intake $85
Follow Up $75
I do not accept insurance, EAP's Medicaid or Medicare.
