Kristy is our Office Manager and one of the first friendly faces you may connect with at Prairieville Counseling. She is here to welcome you, help answer questions, and assist with scheduling, insurance questions, paperwork, and billing. Kristy is a mom of two and loves being part of the Prairieville Counseling family. She is passionate about supporting our clients and takes pride in helping them get the assistance they need so they can focus on their care.

Private Pay Session Rates vary by licensure of clinician and experience. Some therapists offer discounted private pay sessions.

Please note that not all insurance plans are accepted by all providers within our practice. We encourage you to contact our office prior to scheduling so we can help verify benefits and match you with a provider who participates with your plan.

Out of pocket costs for individuals utilizing insurance will depend on your specific insurance policy, including your deductible, copay, and coinsurance. Coverage can vary widely even within the same insurance company.
If you have a different insurance carrier and your plan includes out of network benefits, you may be able to seek reimbursement directly from your insurance company for services provided.
