I've wanted to be a therapist ever since I was a kid and I continue to be fascinated by the mind. I grew up in Nebraska and studied art in college in Minnesota. I have a cat named Calvin who is very special to me. Outside of work, I enjoy creative hobbies like pottery and learning to use my new vintage sewing machine. I also love swimming, kayaking, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and keeping up with my feminist sci-fi book club.
My work draws from strengths-based approaches, play therapy, somatic-focused, parts work, mindfulness, and visualization. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, behavior changes, relationship challenges, and enjoy working with the neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ community. I have experience working with children of all ages as both a therapist and teacher, and am now expanding my work with adults.

I DO NOT provide marriage or couples counseling.

Out of pocket cost is dependent on your policy.
If you have another insurance carrier and your policy includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to seek a reimbursement from your insurance company. I do not accept EAP's, Medicaid or Medicare.
