Hey, I’m Paige! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born and raised just outside of Phoenix, Arizona. I moved to Louisiana to attend LSU and have fallen in love with the Tigers! I enjoy spending time outside, reading, traveling, and playing with my four dogs. I value listening and learning from others and cannot wait to hear your story.
My approach to therapy is working collaboratively as a therapeutic team, because I know reaching out for help during a vulnerable time can feel intimidating. I have a lot of experience working in the school setting and love helping children who are experiencing some behavior concerns due to possible anxiety, depression, or ADHD. I also enjoy helping adults work through major life changes and identify ways to cope and reach their goals. I strive to provide a safe, comforting, non-judgmental, and supportive environment for you to explore your goals and push to be the best version of yourself. I use different approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Arts, Play Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Every session may look a little different because I understand life changes every day and I hope to always meet you where you are at.
I work with children (ages 10 and up), adolescents, and adults. I offer telehealth appointments to those 14 and older. I have experience and additional training in the following areas:
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and a Masters of Social Work degree from Louisiana State University. I hold the following licenses and certifications:

I work with a wide variety of clients including individuals, children (aged 5 and up), couples, and families.
I am in network with the following companies: Aetna, Blue Cross, Cigna, Humana, & United Health Care. Out of pocket cost is dependent on your policy.
If your policy includes out-of-network benefits, you may be able to seek a reimbursement from your insurance company.
