Hi, I’m Paige (She/Her). I am a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a background in special education and coaching. My experience helps me connect with teachers, coaches and athletes struggling with sports performance anxiety. I am married to my middle school sweetheart, and we share our home with our four fur babies—Ella, Marvel, Kip, and Beans. In my free time, I love crocheting, watching true crime documentaries, playing video games, and spending time with my loved ones.
I take a person-centered, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Brainspotting. I am especially passionate about supporting the LGBTQIA+ community, neurodivergent individuals and athletes. I am passionate about creating an inclusive and affirming space where clients can process their experiences and move toward living their full, authentic life.
I work with adolescents and adults (ages 14 and older) individually. I have experience and additional training in the following areas:
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Louisiana State University and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University .
Intake $85
Follow Up $75
I do not accept insurance, EAP's Medicaid or Medicare.
